• We guarantee that all Warmup Heating products mentioned in this warranty are free from defects in material and workmanship.
• This warranty applies to Warmup Undertile Heating elements for the product’s lifetime.
• This warranty applies to Warmup Inslab Heating elements for a period of ten (10) years from the date of purchase.
• This warranty applies to Warmup Undercarpet Heating elements for a period of five (5) years from the date of purchase.
• This warranty applies to Warmup approved thermostats for a period of five (5) years from the date of purchase.
• With this warranty you will have all the protection given to you as a consumer in the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
When the warranty applies

How long is the warranty period?
• For undertile heating systems – Click here for the Undertile Heating lifetime warrranty
• For inslab heating systems – ten (10) years
• For undercarpet heating systems – five (5) years

• Obsolete models:
Models W3WT02 & W3WT02 Black – five (5) years
Models W3115DT & W3115 DT Black – three (3) years
What will be done if there is a problem
• Warmup will inspect the product and arrange for the product tobe either repaired or replaced free of charge.
• Repair or replacement of the product will be at Warmup’s discretion.
