The Challenge

Warmup was appointed to heat 444 bathrooms in an exclusive riverfront golf resort in Sotogrande, Cadiz, Spain. Space was a premium in the bathrooms of these exclusive apartments, so there was little room for heaters.   

The Solution
Warmup fitted 100W/m² heating mats just below the floor finish and onto 10mm thick insulation boards.  The Warmup MSTAT thermostat was chosen as the heating control.

The Result
Installed beneath the ground, the heating system did not occupy any walls within the bathroom, thus creating a greater sense of space.  Spread over the entire floor, the heat emitted was luxuriously even and gentle, enhancing the experience of quality riverside living.
